Using creative changemaker Dan Eldon’s art for inspiration, students will create a self-portrait that expresses their personality, experiences, and perspectives. The activity bundle includes three guides for grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, with options for a single class period or multiple days.

The From Conflict to Understanding: A Transformation Toolkit invites students to reflect on how misunderstandings may grow because of different expectations or understandings and how we can transform conflict with our words, body language and actions. The resources are tailored for grades K-5 and 6-12 and help students use their creative voices as part of a larger, global conversation about belonging and unity.

The resources for grades 5-12 are easily adaptable for various classes and schedules.
